We are looking for a PreConstruction Real estate sales representative to help support our team in Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Clarington etc.
Looking for someone hungry sales person, super-committed, self-motivated, professional, go-getter, honest & a team player. Work independently with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be part of a very successful team in GTA, provided all the tools, training & leads to close.We want commitment for long-term individuals to grow and work with a highly experienced team of Pre-construction Specialists, who have sold over 750 Million $ CAD dollar, 1200+ Sales volume in the last 7+ yrs across GTA and South Western Ontario.

- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose projects.
- Must have knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.
- Complete full prospecting cycle by converting the leads to appointments, to sales, to close the deal.
- Perform constant calling for potential clients and rigorously follow up.
- Quick Learner and Self Starter.
- Ability to Learn on day to day basis for Sales Closing Techniques
- Ability to commute/relocate
- Ability to learn Sales Tacts, Sales Skills to Close the Sales Transactions
